We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay and Paypal.
We have a very narrow window to inform our warehouse facility of any changes to orders prior to shipment. If you do wish to change your order then get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this where possible.

We operate under UK trading laws and will offer a full replacement or cash refund on any faulty or damaged goods providing we are notified within 30 days of parcel delivery. Please use the 'Contact Us' section of the website to start this process.

All orders over £50 (or local currency equivalent) will be eligible for free shipping.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours during our warehouse operating days which are Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.
All orders are inclusive of VAT and local sales taxes so there will be no additional fees of this nature applied on international orders. Import duties, whilst rare, are at the discretion of your local government jurisdiction and could be applied if your order is in excess of local customs allowances.

All orders are sent tracked and fully insured. We recommend customers use their tracking information to see the progress of their order as it is on its delivery journey.

Yes all our products are cruelty free, we are passionate about seeing an end to animal testing and are proud to be playing our part in achieving this.
We offer a range of vegan products and would be happy to talk you though which ones meet this criteria, so please speak to us directly through the 'Contact Us' section of the website.
