We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@maskinco.com. Your return will be processed as soon as the items have been received back with the Mad About Skin team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All unopened products are eligible for a refund, we will only refund opened products in the event of damage or fault (please see below):

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
We will gladly exchange any product which is damaged or does not reach you in the intended condition. Please contact us to discuss further
